President-elect Bola Tinubu has arrived Port Harcourt, the Rivers State capital, to commission some projects executed by Governor Nyesom Wike.
Recall that Wike on Tuesday declared a holiday on Wednesday to welcome Tinubu to the state.
The jet that conveyed the President-elect touched down at the airport at about 10:03 am on Wednesday.
The former Lagos governor was received by Wike and his entourage at the Port Harcourt International Airport.
Several supporters of the governor were also present to receive the President-elect as they were allowed into the tarmac area under strict security control.
