We've been made aware of false and misleading accusations made by [ Unknown Graphic Designer's Name] against our leader, [ODIGI WONDER]. 

These accusations claim that [ODIGI WONDER] has been banned from singing songs by Sis Chinyere Udoma.

DEFENSE STATEMENT AGAINST FALSE COPYRIGHT BAN

 1. No Legal Basis: Copyright laws do not ban individuals from singing or producing songs unless there is substantial proof of unauthorized reproduction and financial gain without due credit. No such evidence has been presented.

 2. False Percentage Claim: The claim that "70% of his songs" are copied is an unverified and fabricated statistic, intended to tarnish his image.

 3. Fair Use and Gospel Ministry : Gospel music is a ministry aimed at spreading the Word of God. Many songs are inspired by Scripture and traditional gospel sounds, which do not fall under exclusive copyright claims unless legally proven.

 4. Defamation and Legal Consequences: This false publication constitutes defamation, which is a punishable offense under the law. We demand an immediate retraction of this image and statement, failing which legal action will be taken against those responsible.

We urge the public to disregard this misleading information and refrain from spreading falsehoods. Anyone with legitimate copyright concerns should follow proper legal channels instead of resorting to social media defamation.

We want to assure our community that these accusations are completely unfounded and without merit. [ODIGI WONDER] has always been a huge fan and admirer of Sis Chinyere Udoma's music and has never been banned from singing her songs.

We are disappointed that unknown (Graphic Designer's) would resort to spreading false information and damaging our leader's reputation. We value honesty, integrity, and respect within our community, and we will not tolerate such behavior.
