Nigerian Afrobeats superstar David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, is set to perform at the Coachella Music and Arts Festival for the first time in 2026.
The festival organizers have officially unveiled the lineup, with Davido as the only Nigerian artist featured.
Davido will take the stage on April 11 and April 18, 2026, at the iconic Empire Polo Club venue in Indio, California, promising to bring his distinctive Afrobeats sound to the global audience.
The 2026 Coachella lineup features headliners Sabrina Carpenter, Justin Bieber, and Karol G.
Other notable artists include Young Thug, Major Lazer, Swae Lee, Teddy Swims, Giveon, and Central Cee.
Nigerian music has a strong history at Coachella, with artists such as Seun Kuti, Burna Boy, Mr Eazi, Tems, Wizkid, and CKay having performed at the prestigious festival in recent years.
