Falana Urges FG to End Killings and Insecurity Across States

Femi Falana, a human rights lawyer, has called on the Federal Government to take decisive action to end the killings and pervasive insecurity plaguing various states across Nigeria.

Falana emphasized the government's constitutional duty to protect the lives and property of all citizens, urging immediate and effective measures to address the escalating violence.

He cited the increasing incidents of banditry, kidnapping, and communal clashes as evidence of the government's failure to ensure the safety of its populace.

Falana stressed the importance of strengthening security agencies, improving intelligence gathering, and promoting community-based conflict resolution mechanisms to restore peace and stability to affected regions.
