Nigerian international Victor Osimhen has been named the Turkish Süper Lig Goal of the Season for 2024/25, following his spectacular bicycle kick against Antalyaspor. The acrobatic strike came in stoppage time during Galatasaray’s 3-0 victory at RAMS Park and was widely celebrated as one of the most beautiful goals of the season.
The 26-year-old striker, on a season-long loan from Napoli, finished as the league’s top scorer with 26 goals and scored a total of 37 goals in all competitions for Galatasaray, helping the club secure the Turkish Süper Lig title and Ziraat Cup double. Osimhen’s goal not only earned him the Goal of the Season but also capped a remarkable campaign in which he won the Golden Boot and was named the league’s Most Valuable Player.
