Criminals have stolen a black Toyota Hilux vehicle belonging to the Office of the National Security Adviser (ONSA), Nuhu Ribadu, in Abuja.
The theft occurred during Friday's Juma'at prayers when the vehicle was parked opposite the Abuja Municipal Area Council (AMAC) complex in Area 10.
The ONSA official had attended prayers at a nearby mosque and returned to find the vehicle missing.
The incident was promptly reported to the Garki Police Division at approximately 2:00 p.m., leading to a swift response by law enforcement.
The FCT Police Command initiated a stop-and-search operation across various checkpoints to locate the suspects and recover the stolen vehicle.
