Afrobeats superstar Davido, whose real name is David Adeleke, publicly appreciated his wife, Chioma Adeleke, for the love and care she shows his children from previous relationships. Speaking at Chioma’s surprise 30th birthday celebration held in Atlanta, Georgia, Davido highlighted how much he admires her kindness towards his other kids.
Before marrying Chioma, Davido fathered three children with different women. Despite this, he noted that Chioma’s affectionate treatment of those children is one of the qualities he deeply values in her. “I love the way you love my kids that are not even yours,” Davido said during the celebration, which included gifting Chioma a brand-new car.
He also expressed his commitment to celebrating many more milestones with her, saying, “As we celebrate your 30th, we will also celebrate your 40th, 50th, 60th, 70th, 80th, 90th, 100th and so forth.”
The couple has faced personal tragedy, having lost their first son, Ifeanyi, in a swimming pool accident at Davido’s Lagos mansion in November 2022. Since then, they have been blessed with twins, strengthening their family bond.
