Speaking at St. Joseph’s College, Asa Triangle, Aba, after touring and inaugurating the various road projects, Governor Otti described the event as the dawn of a new epoch for Abia, emphasizing that the interconnected roads are more than just physical infrastructure they represent restored hopes, revived dreams, and a collective legacy for future generations. He highlighted the strategic importance of the roads, noting that improved connectivity within Aba would elevate the business environment, enhance urban living, and boost property values in the affected communities.
