Justin Bieber has shattered multiple records on the US Billboard Hot 100 and Billboard 200 charts with the release of his seventh studio album, "Swag". The album, a surprise release on July 11, 2025, celebrates his recent fatherhood and features his wife Hailey and son Jack Blues on the cover.
"Swag" debuted at number 2 on the Billboard 200 chart. The lead single, "Daisies," also debuted at number 2 on the Billboard Hot 100. This makes Bieber the first artist in history to simultaneously debut at number 2 on both charts. The album features 21 tracks, with 16 of them appearing on the Billboard Hot 100, showcasing its immediate impact.
With these new entries, Bieber now holds the record for the most Hot 100 chart entries by a male singer, surpassing Chris Brown with a total of 121 songs. "Daisies" marks his 27th top 10 hit on the Hot 100, tying him with Janet Jackson for the 10th most top 10 hits in the chart's history.
"Swag" quickly dominated streaming charts, achieving nearly 200 million global first-day streams and topping the global and U.S. Apple Music and Spotify Albums charts. "Daisies" also secured the top spot on Spotify’s U.S. and Global Song Debut Charts. The album, which is projected to be Bieber's seventh No. 1 album on the Billboard 200, marks a shift towards alternative pop and R&B, reflecting his journey into fatherhood. Collaborations on the album include artists like Gunna and Sexyy Red.
