Properties worth millions of naira were destroyed in a devastating fire that gutted two residential buildings in Oyo State, with no casualties reported.
The incident, which occurred recently in the state capital region, was sparked by an unattended cooking gas cylinder that ignited nearby combustibles, rapidly engulfing parts of the structures.
Firefighters from the Oyo State Fire Service, in collaboration with the Federal Fire Service, swiftly responded to contain the blaze and prevent further spread.
